Stuart Crichton, Executive Coach and Management Consultant
With more than thirty-five years’ experience working in senior leadership roles, bringing to bear transferable skills and problem-solving capabilities: making business ambitions a reality.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, developing staffing values, culture, morale and performance; and coaching senior executives as well as start-up entrepreneurs; a highly respected professional, with proven integrity and trustworthiness.
Working within organisations from senior executives to key operational staff, have delivered rapid improvements in organisational values and behaviours, processes and systems; and most importantly stakeholder satisfaction.
Gary Parker, Income Generation & Community Regeneration/Engagement Consultant
Gary has over 20 years of consultancy, fundraising and training experience. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising (CIF) and the Institute for Economic Development (IED). Gary has extensive experience of community regeneration consultancy, SME and social enterprise development, housing consultancy, training, community development and fundraising. He has worked extensively on many community regeneration and community engagement projects and has strong links with many community and social enterprise projects and organisations.
Gary has fundraised over £30 million for clients from a wide range of funders, including DWP, ESF, Big Lottery, Social Investment Business, LSC, Public Health England, London Catalyst and many charitable trusts.

Sybil Mayard, Digital Services Consultant
Sybil Mayard recently graduated from the University of Kent with an MSc in Computer Science. As part of her placement year, she worked for an IT consultancy specialising in performance testing. Currently Sybil is a freelance Consultant, helping small businesses to improve their online presence by implementing the most appropriate and cost-effective technological solutions.
Ruth Dodson, Marketing Director
Marketing Director Ruth Dodson has worked in publishing for 20 years, managing editorial output and attendant marketing campaigns across a range of companies in the private sector, from football clubs to retailers, from consumer groups to digital suppliers. Ruth has a wealth of experience delivering tailored editorial content across platforms, including websites, social media, plus print communications including magazines, papers and books. In addition, Ruth has extensive experience in the supply of targeted public relations campaigns to maximise the profile and reach of businesses. Ruth is a member of the Content Marketing Institute (CMI) and the Professional Publishers Association (PPA).
